Ferrier has struggled to rebuild, with much of the city in disrepair and abandoned. The new lord has had little success in drawing people back to resettle the Barony, even offering free lands, mostly to no avail. Many say the city is haunted by the ghosts of those slaughtered by the Vasar and there are claims that on some nights the church bell will ring of its own accord.
