Son of Baron Edern and heir to Bryn Euryn, brother to Addiena. He has a reputation as ... 'difficult.' Following the battle of Samhain in 456, Owain has become a devout adherent of Taranis, the Celtic thunder god, due to what he (Owain) perceives as a miracle of lightning.
With his father's passing during the harsh winter of 456, Owain has assumed the Cantrefi of Rhos. (Technically, this is a Chiefdom, which is the equivalent of an Earldom in Crusader Kings 2 parlance, but the GM is referring to his rank as Baron for ease of comprehension.)
