Tina Crankshaft has a knack with mechanical things...ships, droids, weapons, you name it. At a young age, apprenticed for a small mechanic shop on the only planet she had ever known and made quite a name for herself at being able to keep engines in even the worst shape somehow running. Maybe sometimes not running well, but in that corner of the galaxy, no one really cared so long as they would last long enough to get their ship to the next planet over. Tina had a relatively comfortable and care-free life. However one day, Imperial soldiers showed up on a tip that there was a Jedi hiding out on the planet. Her mother, Dania, wasn't even the target, but got caught in cross-fire and was terminally wounded. In her last breaths, she told Tina of the Force, being a Padawan and the "One Eyed Clone" who spared her life a long time ago on Phantine when the rest of the Jedi perished. She begged Tina to seek him out for help and pressed a bag containing her long-broken training saber into Tina's hands. Tina disappeared the next day, stowing away on a ship heading anywhere else, in search of the man who spared her mother's life so long ago.

Tina has now made her way to Phantine, where it all began. As fate would have it, so had the One-Eyed clone. Through her skill, she managed to acquire a spot on his team. She doesn't trust him fully...he is a clone, after all. But she is keeping an eye on him, and may someday tell him of her mother.
