Pelervar is the world in which this setting takes place. This wiki concerns one corner of it: the Free Cities Region, gathered around the trade-sea called the Zahari Passage.

The wider world stretches well beyond the regional map most travellers carry. To the north lie the Northern Kingdoms; across the water to the south-east lies the Crown Lands, a true monarchy of the kind the Free Cities have spent their whole history defining themselves against. What lies further still is, for now, beyond the edge of the map.
