Details
Tom Boylan is a Terra Nova resident who operates a bar. He appeared to be sympathetic towards the Sixers' cause and secretly traded with the splinter group on a regular basis before the Riko takeover.

Notes
- Since Ep10/11, he and Taylor have reached an equilibrium/understanding, and aren’t at each others’ throats all the time anymore, though Taylor still tends to suspect him first when bad things are afoot
- Tends to support Taylor when he’s not looking, as the devil-you-know
- Still trades with Riko personnel under-the-table occasionally, but tends to record dealings for CYA purposes
- Has a "low tech" revolver, which he's finally got some more bullets for.
