Ostensibly, Mr. Melendez coordinates maritime transports for a global charity called the Good Samaritans of America. Based on observations made by Strike Team Alpha during ASGARD YELLOW CHECKMATE, however, he seems to be more of a facilitator. It is currently presumed that "Jerry Melendez" is an alias.
