Details
Teddy's rancher family moved out west when he was young, ending up in Colorado. He relocated to Denver when he came of age, eventually distinguishing himself as a deputy marshal, such that the US Marshal's office took notice and recruited him in 1873. Since then he's worked in the District as a Deputy US Marshal, and continued under US Marshal Charles C. Tompkins (Doc's LEO Contact) when he took office there in 1875. He regularly shows up in Babylon, always looking for this-or-that fugitive or gathering census data, etc., and has made a name for himself for being a polite, clean, honest, and otherwise upstanding gentleman.
- Super-polite and complementary to the employees at Madame Darnell's Gentlemens' Establishment but never actually goes in, despite the girls' efforts/teasing; "perfect gentleman"
- Always clean, somehow.
