Originally encountered in Strike Team Alpha's first operation, C/S ODIN was initially classified as ROOK and believed to be nothing more than a middleman. Phillip Quinn would later discover numerous instances of this individual and reclassify him as a much higher value target. ODIN is believed to have suborned Jennifer Harrington, the director of operations for ConsOps.
