Younger brother to Meical ap Cuill and former warrior now 'retired' to Vertis where he works as the village tanner, although he is more than eager to join in on a cattle raid and is invariably the first man to respond to trouble in the village. Actively loathes Conn the Bold - the two men haven't quite come to blows yet, but many suspect it is only a matter of time - and is also usually at odds with his brother, Meical. Father of two daughters, Caitlin and Siobhan, and is actively courting (unsuccessfully, it must be said) the village's wealthiest woman, Isibel verch Neill.
Odgar was slain by Roman soldiers under the command of Quintus Severus during his sack of Vertis.
