Close friend to Baron Caddell ap Ioan and retired warrior (due to him taking an arrow to the knee.) He has fallen into the role of "constable" for Vertis, though few turn to him on matters of law thanks to his reputation as being easily swayed by a pretty girl or a tale of glory.
